The Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN) supports the Department of Education's efforts to lead and serve the educational community by offering professional development that builds the capacity of local educational agencies to meet students' needs.
Liquid Media worked with PaTTAN to:
- Redesign the site's information flow to group content in clearly defined information sections
- Write site content for the web with consistent form and tone throughout the site
- Create interactive web forms for easier information submittal to PaTTAN
- Convert Filemaker databases to web searchable format
- Create database driven content for easier site administration and internal workflow management
The custom content management system allows PaTTAN to distribute the responsibilities of maintaining the large site. Managers and technical administrators retain final content approval through a custom workflow communication system to communicate and track changes to the site.
The redesigned PA Training & Technical Assistance Network's (PaTTAN's) site:
- Has a consistent graphical look and feel
- Is built with a consistent content layout throughout
- Is easy-to-use and navigate
- Contains database driven elements that keep the site information fresh for users and easy-to-update for administrators
The PaTTAN site can be viewed at www.pattan.net. The redesign project also included two micro sites including Information for Parents and the Office for Dispute Resolution.
AllHealth is a shared-services alliance owned by healthcare providers, serving more than 1,600 customers in the mid-Atlantic region. They needed a convenient way to highlight product partners and manage partner logo display throughout the site.
The dynamic banner system designed and developed by Liquid Media:
- Allows an administrator to manage the logos that display in the banners from an online logo management system without ever having to edit the logo banner file
- Runs from one banner file so that an edit to the master banner design changes the banner display throughout the site

The Central Pennsylvania Chapter of ASTD supports the professional growth of training and human resource professionals in the Central Pennsylvania Area. The chapter contracted with Liquid Media Communications for an online membership database management and search solution.
The new online membership database enables members to:
- Manage their membership profile by updating their own contact, professional, membership, and expertise information
- Conduct member searches by Last Name, City, Business, Industry, or Expertise to facilitate easy member connections and communication
Database administrators have the ability to:
- Send emails to the entire chapter membership or just certain members of the chapter based on specific search criteria
- Post the chapter newsletter for display and download on the site home page
- Maintain a list of important chapter contacts
- Run reports based on membership activity and other member information
- Manage the chapter membership by adding or deactivating members
Open Stage of Harrisburg is a professional, non-profit regional theatre dedicated to presenting thought-provoking plays and community-wide educational outreach programs. Liquid Media worked with Open Stage to upgrade their database systems including:
- Data needs analysis
- Data scrubbing to remove duplicate or inaccurate records
- Query building for data retrieval
- Mail Merge capabilities
- Reporting
